Case Display
This project involves 10 sets of folding flat pack container houses from an Australian client (10 sets using 50mm wall panels, 2 sets using 65mm wall panels).
- The exterior walls and ceilings will use 50mm EPS sandwich panels.
- The project is a continuous layout. Three living rooms will have wood-plastic composite flooring. The bathrooms and other continuous rooms will have 18mm cement fiberboard plus 1.6mm linoleum flooring. The remaining cement board with PVC carpet needs to be flush with the base frame, and connectors (packing components and aluminum cover plates between flooring) must be provided.
- The seven folding flat pack container houses in the continuous layout will have a glass curtain wall with two windows and one 930mm wide, inward-opening glass door on two 2.5-meter sides. The glass curtain wall and glass door will be Ford Blue glass, requiring no electrical wiring.
- The two separate folding flat pack container houses will also have a glass curtain wall with two windows and one 930mm wide, inward-opening glass door on one 2.5-meter side. The glass curtain wall and glass door will be Ford Blue glass, requiring electrical wiring.

Case Study Product Manufacturing Process Breakdown

The principle behind this folding flat pack container house is that rollers are welded between the uprights and the bottom beam in the width direction to achieve the effect of flipping the entire width, thus enabling the top and bottom frames, wall panels and doors and windows to be assembled in the factory.
The biggest challenge in this case compared to conventional products is the use of a 930mm inward-opening aluminum alloy glass door. Precise calculations of the movement space required for the door to be turned over are necessary. There is a height difference of about 7cm between the floor and the bottom frame, plus 5cm for the bottom frame of the door, so the actual total stepping height of the threshold is about 12cm.
Another customization was that the customer requested 65mm wall panels, so the columns on the long beam side were widened to 25mm, while the other side remained unchanged at 15mm. The overall frame strength was increased to 3.0mm, which required the use of a bending machine to achieve this thickness.
The box has three double-glazed PVC windows, and the ceiling tiles are made of 50mm EPS sandwich panels for insulation. It includes electrical wiring and concealed installation.
