Purchase Qualification: Buyers must possess the necessary import qualifications. If they do not, they will need to find a customs clearance company to handle customs clearance, tax payment, and cargo collection at the destination port. Otherwise, the transaction cannot be completed.
As a prefabricated housing supplier, our company provides value-added services including product quality, accurate communication, reliable manufacturers, and effective after-sales support. We integrate pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services, breaking down the entire process into a streamlined foreign trade procurement workflow. These processes are standardized and implemented by all employees within the company. We create a visualized, end-to-end customer tracking system, facilitating real-time feedback on production videos, spot checks, and loading. We aim to provide our clients with a professional, efficient, accurate, and pleasant procurement experience. We look forward to your inquiry.
Pre-sales Service:
- External presentation channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, (several social media platforms), Notion; focusing on localized needs and actively embracing various promotional methods;
- Inquiry and contact establishment phase: Sales teams are divided into country/region categories, with dedicated personnel assigned to each region to ensure timely responses. The principle is to avoid over-selling and provide solutions to customers. For technical consultation and answers, timely confirmation with technical personnel is crucial, and real-time three-way communication with the customer is necessary when required. Actively sharing real-world customer experiences ensures accurate and efficient explanations of technical details, functional principles, and applicable scenarios.
- Product pricing categories: Sales should not discriminate based on order size, but should focus on cost-effectiveness and price-performance ratio to provide customers with the best solution.
- Customer relationship maintenance: Focus on the humanistic and personalized needs of customers, be patient and tolerant towards customers, communicate with customers as a friend, respect customers' choices, and never maliciously slander customers or competitors.
- Foreign trade process: Our company has ten years of export experience and does not conduct trials with customers, which can effectively reduce communication time and export risks.
Sales Service:
Order production and delivery processing: After the deposit is paid, the order will be placed at the factory. For the order production materials list, production standards, production delivery date, sampling inspection during production, post-production quality inspection, quantity list, foreign trade packaging, container loading standards, including the placement and storage of outsourced products, and coordination of loading and unloading, etc., our company will provide customers with a detailed and illustrated presentation based on the nature of the order, adhering to the principles of meticulous and flexible production management.
After-sales Service:
- Our products are all high-priced items. During the pre-sales consultation stage, we strive to communicate with customers to the greatest extent possible and clearly understand their true needs, provide technical answers, and select solutions. Due to the special nature of exports, we try our best to avoid situations where returns and exchanges increase costs and consume customers' time. If any problems arise, our company will actively participate in resolving them.
- For product technical support, such as installation instructions, operation videos, remote diagnostics, and online Q&A, our contact personnel must respond promptly. We have a service evaluation scoring system for these personnel, with clear rewards and penalties.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question | Answer |
1. How will the detachable container house be delivered to my address? | Answer: To save on transport space, we completely disassemble the houses and pack them into shipping containers. The 20GP shipping container can hold 7 units of detachable container houses, and the 40HQ shipping container can hold 17 units of detachable container houses. These are standard-sized containers. If customized sizes or personalized items such as interior decoration are required, the specific loading quantity will need to be calculated separately. |
2. How to install the container house? | Answer: We offer over 18 hours of online support, and you can contact us anytime via WhatsApp Voice or Video call most of the time. We also provide installation videos and manuals for your reference. |
3. How long does it take to install a detachable container house? | Answer: At the average Chinese worker's pace, a team of four can assemble at least 2 units of detachable container houses a day. However, considering the time your workers need to learn and identify the parts, we estimate that four workers can assemble 1 unit of detachable container house. Once your workers are skilled, their speed will reach the level of Chinese workers. |
4. Do you provide the installation tools? | Answer: You will need to prepare your own tools; we will provide you with a tool list. If your purchase quantity reaches a full 40HQ shipping container, I can try to apply to the company to provide you with a free set of manual installation tools. |
5. Do you have a materials list? | Answer: For import and export trade, our customs declaration and clearance are based on the entire container house, without showing the detailed names and quantities of materials. However, we will prepare a separate detailed list of materials for you. With this list, along with the installation instructions and videos, you can easily learn how to install the container house. |
6. I am concerned about material damage during transportation or installation. | Answer: Due to the uncertainties of transportation and installation, damage to parts is unavoidable. We have corresponding packaging methods for different parts to minimize the possibility of damage during transportation. For vulnerable parts, we will prepare approximately 2-5% more than the required quantity. The frame of the container house is strong enough and no extra quantity is needed; for ductile sheet metal and wall panels, any deformation can be corrected manually without affecting use. In the event of missing or damaged parts due to other non-human factors, we offer a one-year warranty period during which we can replace or replenish parts. |
7. Can you send a worker to install it for me? | Answer: Yes, we can provide these services, but there will be a charge. The specific cost will be discussed separately based on your purchase quantity and address. For smaller quantities, we usually recommend using local workers, and we will arrange for technicians to guide the installation. |
8. How can a container house withstand a hurricane? | Answer: The container house can withstand winds of up to force 8 by its own weight alone. For higher wind resistance requirements, we offer two foundation securing options: securing the container house with wind-resistant chains, or constructing a level foundation before installation and embedding iron plates at designated locations within the foundation. After installation, the container house is welded to the iron plates. |
9. How are electrical wires and water pipes installed? | Answer: Electrical wiring and plumbing are additional items, and we recommend having them installed locally as needed. You can tell us your electrical and plumbing requirements, and we can provide the materials. However, you will still need to find a local plumber to install them for you. The cost of electrical and plumbing materials will be calculated separately based on the quantity. |
10. Can this container house be moved? | Answer: Yes, it can be moved. After installation, we recommend moving the entire unit and avoiding further disassembly and reassembly. |
